Tech Tip: Change Your Network Password in OWA

Over the summer, ITS upgraded Outlook Web App (mail.etown.edu). The update moved where you will find the option to change your network password. To save you some time and stress, we’re going to let you know where to go.

From your inbox, click gear in the top right hand corner then select options. From options, expand the General list and choose My account. At the bottom of the My Account page, you will see a link to Change your password. When you click this link, a window will appear and prompt you to enter your current password and choose your new password.

After you change your password, don’t forget to update anywhere your password may be saved. You will not need to update your wireless connection, but you will need to update if you have saved your password in Jayweb, Outlook, or Canvas.
