Daily Blog #24: Digitization of the Puffenberger Religious Artifacts Collection

Today Amal and I began the rough draft for our SCARP research paper. Because it is a co-authored paper we decided to create a Google Doc, that way we can both work on the paper at the same time. We started the writing process by creating a detailed outline of how we want the paper to be set up and what we plan on including. We used the ACE model and the Get to the Point Introduction to fill out our outline.

After lunch, we began to write the rough draft of the paper. I focused on the methods section of the paper today, and Amal focused on the theories section. With our parts combined, we have about 1/4 of the paper completed. Our goal is to get the rough draft of our ten-page paper done by the end of the week, that way we can edit next week before I leave for the summer. Overall, today was a very productive start to the week!
