Day 12 of the Digital Curation of Puffenberger’s Religious Artifacts
Today, Dr. Puffenberger came by to see the progress of the project. He was very impressed by the work we have been doing and has agreed to do interviews with us as soon as next week. He was excited about the project and was even given us information about some of the artifacts today, so it will be very easy to get a lot of commentary for many of the artifacts. Today, I completed research on 8 of the artifacts and have 4 to 5 artifacts left to do. I might need more time to find more information on the Middle Easter Coins and their origin as well as what they say. Today I also imported as much media as we had into imovie to start making the trailer for the website. I would like to get more video footage to add into the trailer which I can hopefully get when we are interviewing Dr. Puffenberger. Today I also made another column on excel to start tracking the progress of each artifact. If put information like if there was an email pending on an artifact, or the external sources need to look over. Tomorrow I plan on finishing up the research and spend the entire afternoon dedicated to proofreading and fixing any bugs on my research that I put onto the website. It was another productive day!
