Using Digital Signage to Promote Activities

Did you know? Using digital signage to promote activities and events isn’t limited to faculty and staff. Students and other members of the Etown community can access the digital signage request form through Jayweb in order to present information regarding upcoming meetings and events to the campus.

If you’re interested in submitting your own promotional images, access the digital signage request form on Jayweb and follow the instructions here to complete your submission.

Keep these requirements in mind when submitting an image or video through the form:

  • 1920 x 1080 (16:9) ratio
  • Images saved as .png file type
  • Videos saved as .mp4 file type
