Daily Blog #9: Digitization of the Puffenberger Religious Artifacts Collection

In recognition of the holiday weekend, today we had a half-day, but still managed to learn some new things and get a decent amount done. I came in an hour early today to clean up the website and proof-read all of the entires for the artifacts in the Buddhist collection. Then, Dr. Newton, Carol, Amal, and I had a meeting about different insights we had on additions to our website. We spent a large chunk of time working on different HTML codes that would produce the additions we needed. After our meeting, I edited and added links to the “Contributors” page on Omeka. I also added photos of each of us to the “Contributors” site. In order to upload the photos of us, I needed to use HTML code and adjust the size in order for the pictures to fit on the site. Overall, today was a day filled with coding!
