Email Attachments in OWA: Not possible on Chrome and Edge

Attaching files to emails can no longer be done using the Outlook web app in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browsers. Unfortunately, updates to Chrome and Edge makes sending attachments no longer possible via these web browsers. This can still be done, however, using Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
