Three Favored Students to Graduate
Elizabethtown College is proud to announce the graduation of three of the most beloved and well-known students on campus, Bb Fake Student 1, 2, and 3. Attending classes completely online certainly was a challenge for these plucky undergrads but they have finally made it. Only 15 years after their entrance into the College’s virtual campus, the triplets are ready to graduate this May.
Bb Fake Student 1 will be graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Film Studies with a concentration in Black and White film on VHS tapes. Her favorite memory of Etown is from only a few years ago when the power went out on campus over Halloween weekend and she got to spend two days in the snow. She plans to live in New York City and work at an art museum, preferably the Met.
Bb Fake Student 2 will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Turf and Golf Course Management with a minor in Water Ballet. He is excited to be graduating after changing his major thirteen times and his minor a record twenty-seven times during his years here at Etown. He plans to open his own 15-hole golf course, The Fake 2 Put-O-Rama, in Jot-Em-Down, Texas.
Bb Fake Student 3 will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Theme Park Engineering. He will be getting married this fall and plans to live with his family in Hershey, PA. Although he has no plans for a job yet, he hopes to someday design roller coasters for theme parks all over the world.
Although their cousins, Fakette Estudiante and Blank Canvas plan to attend Etown in the fall, they do not plan to take any online courses. “After how long it took my cousins to graduate, I’d like to stick to the traditional classroom setting,” Estudiante said in a telephone interview, ” Although to be honest, I’m not sure that enrolling in a bunch of classes all at once wasn’t their trouble.”
Etown is happy, and a little sad, to see these wonderful students go but excited to usher in a new online course management system. With the deployment of the new Canvas online system, we must bid adieu to Bb Fake Students 1, 2, and 3.
Happy End of the Year!
