Outlook – Responding to a Meeting Request
Using meeting requests instead of emails to plan meetings is a big time saver. If you receive a meeting request from Outlook’s Scheduling Assistant, it will arrive as a message in your inbox. You will need to respond to the request right in the email. Your choices on the “Meeting” tab are:
- Accept,
- Tentative,
- Decline,
- Propose a New Time,
- Respond.
The organizer of the meeting will receive your response.
