Enlarge or Shrink Text in a Window
It may be hard to read a web page, email message, Word or Excel document because everything looks too small. Instead of squinting, try this trick with a keyboard-mouse combination. Note: The font size will remain the same for printing.
PC
Hold down the CONTROL key and rotate the mouse wheel away from you to enlarge your view. To shrink the view, hold down the CONTROL key and rotate the mouse wheel toward you. If your mouse does not have a scroll wheel, you can also hold down the windows key and press the + sign to enlarge the text and then the windows key and the – sign to reduce the size.
Mac
Hold down the ⌘ key and press + to enlarge the text inside the window. Hold down ⌘ key and press – to reduce the size of the text inside the window.
