This fall, ITS has scheduled many workshops about educational technology topics,web design & social media, the phone system.and Microsoft Office. The scheduled classes for October are posted below. If you are interested in attending any of these classes, please register here.

Cisco Phone Introduction | This is a hands-on class, so you will bring your phone to use during the session. The Cisco phones on your office desk have lots of features. Learn what the soft-keys are and what the buttons do and then use them. Dial non-college numbers, listen to voice mail through the phone and from Outlook, and speed up or slow down the message. Listen to voicemail in Outlook. Transfer, hold, resume and forward calls, work with call stacking, change the background on the phone panel.
