We have opted for 24/7/365 Canvas Support. This means that in addition to contacting the ITS Help Desk, all users can call, chat, or email Canvas Support any time. Access the Canvas Support resources via the Help menu. Learn more about all of the Canvas Help Resources by watching this video. The Canvas Community is active and very responsive, so if you have a question or need help knowing how to do something in Canvas, just call, text chat or email support, and you will receive a prompt response.
In addition to the Canvas resources, ITS also has two self-paced Canvas training courses that you can enroll in so that you can learn about Canvas while actually experiencing Canvas as a student would.
