Heads at Bottom of e-Mail

PeoplePaneIf you are mystified about the appearance of odd looking heads at the bottom of messages, these heads are actually photos of both the sender and recipients (including you) of the message. Heads are blank because you haven’t added a photo to their or your contact information. This bar is called the “People Pane” and it can be expanded to display other messages from the sender which you can then click to open and read.

If the People Pane is annoying, you can turn it off.
