{"id":1386,"date":"2016-05-31T15:00:10","date_gmt":"2016-05-31T19:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/groups.etown.edu\/ot\/?p=1386"},"modified":"2016-05-26T13:23:06","modified_gmt":"2016-05-26T17:23:06","slug":"electroencephalographic-neurofeedback-research-in-occupational-therapy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/groups.etown.edu\/ot\/2016\/05\/31\/electroencephalographic-neurofeedback-research-in-occupational-therapy\/","title":{"rendered":"Electroencephalographic Neurofeedback Research in Occupational Therapy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our own <strong>Christine Achenbach<\/strong> was recognized recently by\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.neurofeedbackfoundation.org\/Activities.html\" target=\"_blank\">The Foundation for Neurofeedback and Ap<span class=\"style1\">plie<\/span>d Neuroscience<\/a><\/strong> for her research regarding the use of electroencephalographic neurofeedback (EEG NFB) as an intervention in O.T. \u00a0EEG NFB\u00a0is a form of biofeedback that uses sensors placed on the scalp to capture brainwaves to interface with a computer.
