Today we began with researching. I focused on researching the Omeka sites which helped me become more educated on the subject, making it a better experience than yesterday. I watched many YouTube tutorials, viewed articles, and read about peoples experiences with Omeka. Through my research I am now able to inform the group on what theme and set-up is best for our website. Amal and I also drew up a diagram of what we wish our website, to look like eventually. Today, Carol also gave a little lesson to us about the camera and video technology. This review was very helpful because it reminded me of important points and skills that I had forgotten about since the beginning of the previous semester. After that, I decided that it would be best if we contacted the professors we would want to be a part of the video commentary section on our website. So, with the help of Carol, I sent my first mail merge to all of the professors that we wished to contact This new skill will be helpful in my future professional career. After a very productive day today, I hope we continue to make this much progress in the future.

See ya tomorrow!

Hannah Ciocco

It has been only two days since this project started and we have already done so much!
