After 18 years at Elizabethtown College, Barbara Randazzo, will resign her position as dean of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, a position she has held for the past three years.

Rachel Finley-Bowman, associate professor and chair in the Department of Education, begins her duties as dean of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies June 1, 2018. Randazzo’s last day as dean takes place June 30, 2018. There will be a one-month transition period.

Finley-Bowman has been in the College’s Department of Education since 2007 and has served as chair since 2012. Her work with state and federal agencies on accreditation issues and her work with colleagues in the creation and delivery of master’s programs, including the traditional College’s only online degree program intended for working professionals, has prepared her well to lead the School. Finley-Bowman will continue as chair in the Department of Education.
