Each fall, ITS holds drop-in sessions for new students who are having difficulty connecting to E-town’s wifi. Before coming to a session, be sure you have tried to connect using the instructions you were given at orientation. In the event that you are still having trouble, you can come to a drop-in session. New students were emailed time slots on August 13th. If you can’t make your time slot, or you’re a returning student having difficulty, there are drop-ins for all students on Monday 26th 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM and Tuesday 27th 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
