IFTTT (If This Then That) is a perennial favorite of people who want a one-stop shop for all of their favorite apps. This app connects over 550 other apps and devices into one place, letting you manage everything from Fitbit to Facebook in one easy place.

Pocket provides a convenient place to save anything that you want to look at later. Save links to Pocket from Facebook or other social media, articles you stumble across when looking for other things, links from emails, and more. These saved links are synced across all your devices, and Pocket can be accessed on computers as well as mobile devices.

SimpleMind is the perfect place for brainstorming ideas. You can create “mind-maps” in a variety of formats to showcase your ideas in the most ideal way. Maps can be rearranged by dragging and dropping elements, and images can be added to best showcase your ideas. Maps can be synced with your Dropbox account to be accessible anywhere.

Remember the Milk helps you get those to-dos out of your head and into a manageable list that can be synced with all of your devices. Organize your tasks with tags, priority flags, and due dates. Share your list with others to make sure every last task gets done. Reminders can be synced with everything from email to Twitter to Evernote to ensure that you never miss a due date.

Todoist‘s smooth interface makes keeping a to-do list a breeze. Tasks can be rearranged by drag-and-drop scheduling, color-coded for ease of access, and organized into lists with subtasks. Set weekly and monthly goals for those seemingly insurmountable projects.

24me is a personal assistant in app form. Need to call your mom for her birthday? 24me will send you a reminder. Need to pay your bills? 24me will pay the bills for you when they’re due. Need to know how early to leave for your meeting to account for traffic? 24me will look it up and let you know.
