ITS has been working hard to reorganize our Knowledgebase, and several big layout changes have been made.
Wi-Fi is now its own category, which makes these much-needed articles easier to access.
Microsoft Office has also become its own category. Articles relating to Office 365 and the web versions of Microsoft applications have now been integrated with the rest of the Microsoft articles.
Within our other categories, some articles have been rearranged into appropriate subcategories.
The Knowledgebase is now easier to navigate, with a smoother progression of articles.
