Tech Tip: Office 365 and OneDrive

Do you have a group project this semester? Well, an easy way for the whole to group edit a single document is to use Office 365. Login to your individual OneDrive using your E-town credentials, and share the document with your group members at the E-town emails. With OneDrive, you can all edit the same document on separate computers in real time. No waiting, and it automatically saves the document for you every time you make a change. OneDrive is also an easy way to store files in the cloud to access on any computer on or off campus. For more information on logging in, sharing documents, or using Office OneDrive, read our Knowledgebase articles.
