Tech Tip: Turn on BCC in Outlook

Blind Carbon Copy, or BCC, is a great way to send private emails to individuals or hide someone’s email address to a group. This respects the privacy of the recipients.  First, open Outlook and start a new email by clicking New Email. Next, go to the Options tab in the ribbon and select BCC. Now the BCC line should appear below To and CC in the email. Enter the email address, or addresses, that you wish to be sent a blind carbon copy and send your email normally.
