Tech Tip: Mapping Network Drives to a College PC

In order to access your public and private folders, as well as those of professors and colleagues, you must first map your network drives. When using a College-owned PC or laptop, they may become hidden and temporarily inaccessible. To access them, simply click the Start button and type “\\applications” into the search box, and press Enter. The network drives will then appear.

From here, click on the Homedirs folder, and then the student or faculty member folders you wish to access. For more information on network drives, click this link.
