Computer and Mobile Device Assistance

From August 18 – 27, student workers from the ITS Helpdesk will be offering computer assistance sessions to help with computer and mobile device problems. These sessions will be held in Nicarry 133 and the Winters Alcove of the High Library.

To receive help, drop by during your assigned time.  If you are an honors student or first-year, your peer group has already been scheduled for a session during your time. The schedule is posted below.

During the week of computer assistance sessions, the Helpdesk will NOT be open for wireless problems. If you’re still having trouble after the week of August 18 – 27, you can stop by the Helpdesk in Nicarry 108.
